Adovchenko used Generative Remove in Premiere Pro to remove objects on the timeline directly in the Program Monitor window without going to After Effects or third-party tools. The tool is integrated directly into the built-in masking engine: the user selects an unnecessary object (shotgun microphone, light stand, random bystander or someone else's logo) using an object mask or vector shape along with drop shadows and reflections, and then the built-in tracker follows it throughout the duration of the frame. By clicking the Remove button, the generated creature draws the agreed background environment. The processing takes place in the background in the Firefly cloud, without blocking the timeline and playback of the project. The pipeline is completely non-destructive: a special AI tag appears on the clip, through which you can recreate the result, adjust the mask boundaries, or immediately return to the original video sequence. The current beta version supports simultaneous deletion of multiple objects using separate masks. Technical limitations apply during testing: The feature supports clips of up to 10 seconds in resolution from 480p to 1080p SDR at up to 30 frames per second in codec H.264 and HEVC (HDR and 10-bit color support will come later). Vishenko: Every generation needs creative credits from Adobe Firefly. Adobe Premiere Pro Beta official release.
