Amomali Rahmon extended the freeze on tests for small and medium businesses. According to the presidential decree, it will last until January 1, 2029 and concerns all types of audits of the activities, with the exception of audits by the tax authorities. In total, during the years 2008-2026, a freeze on inspections of the activities of business entities was announced in Tajikistan five times. As the press service of the head of state notes, this step was taken to "strengthen the republic's industrial and export potential, eliminate unreasonable and repetitive inspections, as well as create a favorable environment for entrepreneurship and investment."
