The Cabinet postponed the requirements for shelters for businesses, but did not cancel them, - Koretsky The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to give entrepreneurs more time to organize shelters and safe spaces. At the same time, requirements for the protection of workers and visitors remain mandatory. Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhii Koretsky announced this in a telegram. According to the Prime Minister, changes to the current decree were presented to the business associations on October 29. The decision to postpone was made in light of the fact that a significant number of factories have not yet begun to implement the basic safety requirements. "The priority, as before, is the safety of the people. At the same time, we are continuing the impact of the decision, because we cannot let the country's economy and vital activity stop," stressed Koretsky. The Prime Minister explained that entrepreneurs do not need to build a full-fledged shelter on their territory. Depending on the conditions, they can organize the simplest safe space, set up a mobile shelter or provide access to the nearest underground warehouse. The requirements for protective structures will depend on the number of employees and visitors who are in the facility at the same time. The details of the new order should be published by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of the Interior.
