October 30 has been declared a day of mourning in Chernihiv for those who died as a result of strikes by the Russian Federation. The relevant order was signed by Deputy Mayor of Chernihiv Viktor Gershchenko. As a sign of mourning for the dead, the state flag of Ukraine with a black ribbon will be flown at half-mast on the buildings of state authorities, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations. On this day, it is forbidden to hold entertainment events and concerts as well as the broadcasting of entertainment music in markets, commercial establishments, restaurants and public transportation.
