Mobile gas stations will be able to work in settlements where most of the gas stations are closed due to the war. The Ministry of Finance published a bill for discussion, which establishes the possibility of retail sales of gasoline and diesel fuel from mobile excise warehouses (mobile gas stations) during the martial law period. A special regime will apply in communities where 70% or more gas stations have been destroyed or are not operating as a result of armed aggression. The decision to introduce a special regime will be made by the regional military government. It will be canceled after more than 50% of the gas stations in the settlement are back to work. In particular, it is proposed: to allow trade only from vehicles with containers of up to 15 cubic meters, equipped with counters and special cash registers; introduce free permits from communities. The request must be submitted within 15 calendar days after the committee's decision, and its examination will take three working days; Give priority in granting permits to companies that previously had gas stations in the relevant community.
