Ukraine and Russia abide by agreements on a ceasefire in certain areas related to the humanitarian operation in the temporarily occupied Olshki in the Kherson region.
That's what the ombudsman's position says.
"As of 5:30 p.m. on October 27, Ukraine and Russia are complying with agreements on a regime of silence in certain territories related to the execution of a humanitarian mission. It continues from today at 3:00 Kyiv time and 4:00 Moscow time," the message reads.
The mode of silence will last until November 1, 22:59. No ceasefire violations were recorded on either side.
