‼ The Cabinet of Ministers published an official decision on changes to the rules for inviting recruits On October 26, the government published a new decision on changes to the system of recruiting invitations, in particular, on the establishment of a special coordination center.
The corresponding document appeared on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers. Ministries and regional administrations must change the criticality criteria within 10 days after the decision comes into force. According to the results of this, factories, institutions and organizations that already have this status should be checked; If the criterion on the basis of which the criticality was assigned is not included, then the status is cancelled. At the same time, factories that are critical at the time this decision enters into force continue to maintain this status until the end of the term. The Cabinet of Ministers is establishing a coordination center that will deal with the organization of inviting conscripts for the period of conscription and war. It will consist of representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the President's Office, the General Staff, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Security Service and the National Police. The quota increase of more than 50% will go through this center. The state body will have up to 7 working days for an initial review of the documents, the coordination center - up to a month for recommendations and then up to 3 working days for a final decision. If the company increased the limit, but did not invite employees through "Dia" within 10 days, the decision to increase will be canceled. After the end of such a decision period, the managers must cancel the postponement given through "action" within 5 working days. Orders of more than 50% of employees confirmed by December 8, 2025 remain valid until December 8, 2026 at the latest; Reservations approved after December 8, 2025 are valid for the period determined by the decision of the Ministry of Defense. Parents and guardians with many children will be taken into account in calculating the limits. Systematic violations of the military accounting rules by the head of the project can be grounds for refusing to consider a proposal to increase the limit.
