Around Putin's residence in Valdai, another air defense ring was established - "Radio Liberty" in a radius of 50 kilometers from the residence of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in Valdai, another ring of air defense towers was established. It passes through its "specific airfield" in Khutilov and a secret biological laboratory on the island of Lysiachi (Lizzy). Based on an OSINT analysis, I found out that in October, within a radius of 50 kilometers from the residence, to the south of it, the "Sheron" or "Tur" air defense system was placed. No positions could yet be found in the northern part of the ring. Experts assume they may be built in the coming months. Several more air defense positions of this ring were built on the shore of the Vishnovolotsky Reservoir, among them, on Lysiachi Island, the Russian military built a new laboratory complex, probably related to the Russian biological weapons program. As the journalists note, in addition to Putin, Alina Kabaeva, known as the mother of his two sons, spends a lot of time in the Vladai residence. And we are on Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik-Tok, YouTube.
