The Ministry of Construction proposed to introduce targeted levies for heat, water and sanitation tariffs, writes Parliamentskaya Gazeta.
The funds received are planned to be used for major repairs and modernization of municipal infrastructure - replacing worn out pipes and updating boiler houses.
The allowances will be an additional source of funding for the industry and will be designated only for specific modernization projects.
