Oil companies will be held responsible if they import Russian diesel, said the Democratic member of the US House of Representatives, Jamie Raskin. "Whoever chooses to behave in this manner does so at his own risk and will without a doubt be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, whether in this administration or the next," the lawmaker said in a letter obtained by Politico.
