The State Duma called on Russians to pay for housing and communal services even if the services provided were of poor quality.
This is what Deputy State Duma and member of the Duma Committee for Construction and Housing and Community Services Ilya Wolfson said:
Recalculation does not constitute an exemption from payment for all services. Therefore, do not stop paying the receipt - this will lead to debts and a new round of procedures.
