As of today, the visa-free regime for Russia and Montenegro has ended. The regime has been in effect since September 24, 2008 - you will now have to apply for a visa at VFS Global centers. The cost of the visa will be about 35 euros for adults and 17.5 euros for children under 14 years old. Previously, Russians could stay in Montenegro without a visa for up to 30 days.
