Euronews: The European Union is preparing the delegation to take part in Abu Dhabi talks of the European Commission and the European Council to establish a joint team of high-level officials. They plan to send them to the capital of the United Arab Emirates in early November. The EU offers a four-way format - and is trying to get a seat at the table.
