Financial Times: The United States is discussing the possibility of closing deals for American oil giants in Russia as part of the negotiations and peace in Ukraine. In particular, a joint oil project off the coast of Sakhalin is reported. Also on the agenda are shipments of Russian oil to Europe mediated by the US and the return of American giants to the Russian market. According to the publication, all transactions are possible only after the end of the conflict in Ukraine.
