The Russians are waiting for a "cell phone confiscation" - a new wave of blocking cell phone numbers is starting. Russian mobile operators intend to block 26 thousand numbers. Basically, only those Russians who have more than the required 20 numbers will be blocked. Deputy head of Roskomandzor Oleg Trelikov also announced new blockades.
