"Spring of the law" proposed to expand to foreign cars. Deputy Alexander Sidkin offered to understand what data is collected and transmitted by foreign cars, including geographic location and possible hidden records: what are these cars transmitting? Geographic photography or hidden recording? This must be addressed and will be subject to regulation.
