Regional operators are asking the Ministry for Digital Development to increase the transition period from one year to three years, during which they must begin meeting new requirements as part of the reform in the communications industry. Otherwise, companies may find themselves in a situation where they can no longer operate under the old license, and a new one has not yet been obtained. Currently, obtaining the license may take up to several months, and coordination of equipment placement and traffic flow plans is considered on an individual basis.
