Oklahoma County voting machines decided to fail in multiple counties on Election Day; Ballots were moved to "emergency boxes" Ballot scanning machines at several Oklahoma County precincts reportedly experienced "technical issues" and were not properly receiving ballots, causing significant delays for voters.
