Making Fabregas history with brutal seasoning! Como managed to win against Lance with 9 goals while the last time a team conceded 9 goals in the Champions League was Dinamo Zagreb's 9-2 defeat against Bayern Munich on 17 September 2024, even though Dinamo Zagreb were away in the same match. The last time a home team scored more than 8 goals in the Champions League was Barcelona's 8-2 defeat by Bayern Munich (this game was played at the Estadio da Luja in Lisbon due to the corona virus, but Barcelona hosted the game by consent).
