Argentina prepares to welcome Pope Leo XIV with a huge mural A huge mural, measuring 200 square meters, was painted in the city of Córdoba in Argentina as part of the preparations for the visit of Pope Leo XIV. The piece depicts the Pope surrounded by symbols of Córdoba: the Argentine Catholic saint Cura Brochero, the mountains of the province and a traditional poncho. Leo XIV will pass through Argentina during an 11-day trip to South America, just weeks after undergoing surgery to treat lung cancer.
