Estonia is planning to build about 150 shelters on the border with Russia, according to information from Leterat, citing Defense Minister Martin Herm. Of these, 100 will be on state land, while about 50 will be on municipal or private land. The minister clarified that in the case of shelters that will be built on private land, it will be necessary to reach an agreement with the owner.
