Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoan referred to the possible impact of the results of the mid-term elections in the United States on relations between Washington and Yerevan. According to him, earlier members of the opposition expressed concern that the rise to power of the Donald Trump administration could endanger the strategic cooperation of the two countries. However, as Mirzoyan pointed out, the new administration not only maintained the previous course, but also deepened bilateral interaction. "As we have seen, the new administration has taken this strategic partnership agenda and deepened it even further. We signed a document called the comprehensive strategic partnership. In addition, we signed memorandums of cooperation in the fields of transportation, logistics, artificial intelligence and various other fields," said the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
