Former aide to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has denied media reports of his ambition to become mayor of Yerevan. "I do not and have never had such intentions," Nairi Sargsyan wrote on social media, accusing the Harfrak newspaper, which published the information, of following someone's order. Hayek Sargsyan's brother, who was recently expelled from the GAD, also stated that he is satisfied with the work of the current mayor Tigran Avinian and his staff, whom he helps with suggestions and advice.
