Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk addressed the country's residents after the dispute over the Constitutional Court, reports Onet. "Yesterday we witnessed shocking events in front of the Constitutional Court. I would really like that we never have to see such scenes in Poland. However, the path to peace cannot be to surrender to lawlessness and violence. A democratic state must be strong and able to guarantee justice," said Donald Tusk. Mr Tusk accused the Law and Justice party, as well as former and current presidents Andrzej Duda and Karol Norucki, of trying to destroy the rule of law. He also accused the dissidents of intimidating judges and having ties to pro-Russian forces. According to the Prime Minister, the Constitutional Court will now start acting in accordance with the Constitution.
