Data center protection can raise prices for digital services The Ministry of Digital Development has approved recommendations to strengthen the protection of Russian data centers against UAVs. It is planned to strengthen the infrastructure, use electronic warfare equipment and create backup systems. The reason was attacks on five data centers of large Russian companies. New security measures may increase carrier costs by about 10%, not adjusted for inflation. Additional costs arise due to the increase in electricity and equipment prices.
