Withdrawal of Akhtaz Novin Bank from the business with an auction of 40.35% of Novin Insurance shares.
In accordance with the Law on the Removal of Production Barriers, Actez Novin Bank, together with three related companies, will sell in cash 2,017,838,082 shares equal to 40.35% of Novin Insurance shares in cash and at once on 01.09.1405 in the second market of the Iranian Stock Exchange.
