The mystery of the healer against Rishmak's attempt; Why is this company's transfer wheel not turning? The transfer of large economic enterprises, beyond the publication of the tender notice and the determination of the base price, requires detailed planning, transparency in decision-making and the provision of a platform for transparent and fair competition between suitable investors. The experience of some of the transfers shows that the interval between the delivery of the property and the transfer of the final ownership can become a long and expensive process. In the meantime, the case of the transfer of the holding of Pedro by the National Bank Group and its comparison with the supply of the control block of Rashmak shows two different approaches in managing the transfer process to economic operators. Examining these two experiences shows the importance of reforming the tendering mechanism, removing barriers to implementation and moving from sterile tenders to transparent, competitive and results-oriented allocations.
