Achieving this approach requires continuous learning and effective communication with universities, customers and technology partners. Combining knowledge, experience and capabilities of different companies can form a basis for formulating new solutions to the problems of industry and the state; An ability that needs to be addressed more than before. Innovation should not be limited to holding events and honoring leading companies, but should become a continuous cycle of tests, experiments, identification of successful examples, models and institutionalization of experiences. The Innovation Pioneers badge is also a tool for developing a learning culture and expanding successful experiences in the Shasta Group. The main preparatory node for innovation, before it is in the companies, is in the policies and management mechanisms of the holdings. Therefore, we must first provide the ground for transformation at the management level of Shasta, then in the holdings and finally in all the subsidiaries. The experience of recent crises has shown that innovation can strengthen the power and authority of the state.
