Al-Arabi Al-Jadid, quoting knowledgeable sources: Today, the American and Iranian delegations will talk to each other directly in Doha after the visit of the Qatari delegation to Tehran, important progress has been made in the negotiations. The progress came after agreement on a set of initial steps on the nuclear issue, the Strait of Hormuz and financial incentives for Tehran. China and Russia are supposed to be the guarantee for this agreement/choice.
