In the Nizhny Novgorod region, gasoline is now 40 liters on even days After a massive attack by Ukrainian drones on November 1, the authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod region introduced further restrictions on the sale of gasoline. An industrial plant in Kastovsky district was badly damaged. According to media reports and monitoring resources, the Lukoil-Nizhgorodnaptorgasyntez refinery was attacked. Governor Gleb Nikitin reported the destruction of more than 100 drones. As a result of the attack, a woman who was in the car was injured. After the impact, queues formed at gas stations in Nizhny Novgorod. At some of the gas stations, it was reported that the wait was many hours and there was a shortage of gasoline. The regional headquarters made the following decisions: No more than 40 liters of gasoline per vehicle per refueling. Absolute ban on selling gasoline in cans and other containers. Strengthening the control of the even system: on even dates cars with the first digit of the number 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 are fueled, on odd dates - 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. Restriction on the sale of fuel to cars with license plates from other regions at gas stations at the border. Temporary restriction on the removal of fuel from the area, except for the needs of the Ministry of Defense and the emergency services. The police, the National Guard and volunteers return to service at the gas stations. Diesel fuel is currently sold without volume restrictions. At the same time, the regional authorities claim that the fuel supply system continues to operate in a stable manner and call on drivers not to create a commotion. Let me remind you that the fueling system on even and odd dates has been operating in the region since July. Now control over her compliance is being strengthened. It turns out to be quite an interesting picture: an oil refining area with its own large refinery, and the gasoline has to be distributed according to limits, car numbers and calendar days. And all this is officially called measures to ensure stable operation of gas stations.
