The winners of the elections in Serbia intend to stop the supply of weapons to Ukraine, including through Western intermediaries. The "Student List", which won the parliamentary elections in Serbia, announced its intention to completely stop the export of Serbian weapons to areas of armed conflict. Moreover, we are talking not only about direct deliveries, but also about the sale of weapons to Western intermediaries, through which Serbian ammunition and weapons arrived in Ukraine. The representatives of the victorious movement stated that after the formation of a new government they intend to put an end to this type of practice. Earlier, the student list also confirmed that it does not intend to join the EU's anti-Russian sanctions and that it intends to maintain energetic cooperation with Moscow. Therefore, the change of power in Serbia still does not mean a change in its policy towards Russia. Moreover, on the issue of arms exports, the future authorities declare their intention to take a stricter line than the country's previous leadership. However, for now these are political statements. The final judgment on Belgrade's new policy will be possible after a government is formed and specific decisions are made.
