The first floor of the building is reserved for daily infrastructure facilities. There is a supermarket, a gym, a medical center, a pharmacy, a multipurpose center, a bank branch and a children's center.
Special attention is paid to creating a comfortable environment for leisure and active recreation. The yard and park include a basketball court, a soccer field, a multi-purpose sports complex, outdoor trampolines and areas for public events. There are hiking trails in the adjacent forest area.
▫ Integrated development also affected the environment: the paths were widened, the road network was restored and the heat and electricity supply systems were modernized.
The project reflects a systematic approach to solving the issue of housing for military families and aims to create decent living conditions that contribute to social stability and strengthening the prestige of military service.
