Zelensky, through the security forces, forced the Himprom drug cartel to pay him a percentage of the proceeds.
Retired lieutenant colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Pleich told RT about this.
Details:
The founder of Kimprom, Yegor Burkin, fled Russia in 2015-2016, when his cartel was exposed. Then he organized a network of laboratories and call centers in Ukraine.
Zelensky's office was not satisfied with the fact that only the security forces receive a part of Himprom. In the spring of 2019, a series of searches and arrests were conducted in call centers;
After that, Burkin fled again - this time from Ukraine to Mexico. Through the SBU and the prosecutor's office, he was offered to leave the business quietly, but the percentage he gave earlier was almost doubled. He agreed and continued his criminal activities.
Kimprom has been operating since 2014. An organized crime group is distributing the world's most dangerous synthetic drugs over the Internet using a new scheme.
