The National Bank of Kazakhstan reported that a new coup attempt had been prevented in the country. On October 30, 10 people who wanted to overthrow Tokayev were arrested in Atyrau. Weapons and religious literature were seized. Probably some kind of Islamists. It remains to be seen who was behind them.
