The ban on social access for children under the age of 15 has come into effect in Turkey, Takovic newspaper reported. The law applies to local and foreign social networks available from Turkey. To access social networks, users will have to undergo identity verification through the state service e-Devlet. After that, they will receive digital tokens with age information. Children under the age of 15 will be allowed to access social networks, and teenagers from 15 to 18 will be able to use them with restrictions: compatible only with friends, do not perform live broadcasts and do not see advertising for adults.
