A telegram commentator who wanted more victims of attack was arrested in the Leningrad region the previous morning, in the Priozharsky district, law enforcement officers arrived to search the home of a local resident born in 1978. The reason for the visit by the security forces was the comments of the man in the Telegram messenger regarding attack in the Karchum municipality in one of the pro-Ukrainian chats. In this chat, under the nickname "Lord Inquisitor", he was happy about what was happening during the execution of people in the concert hall and regretted that "a few people died". The detainee published these comments more than two and a half years ago, which did not prevent the investigative authorities from opening a criminal case against him under Part II of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Public justification of terrorism", for which the statute of limitations is 10 years. Now the "Lord Inquisitor" is expected up to 7 years in prison.
