On the night of October 30, 31 Russian soldiers launched drone attacks on Kyiv. The main target of the attack was an energy infrastructure facility. According to the mayor of Kiribati, Vitaly Klitschko, three drones hit one of the capital's critical infrastructures. There were interruptions in the supply of electricity and water. The energy company DTEK reported an emergency outage in the four districts of Kyiv - Ovolonsky, Darnytskyi, Dastynskyi and Podolsk. A planned schedule of power outages has temporarily stopped operating in these areas. The attack came less than a day after an earlier series of combined strikes in Ukraine that used ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones. @Warhronika.
