For those who asked why they are hitting the Kermanchug refinery again if it has already been hit.

1. They have already hit him several times. The most effective attacks occurred in 2025, when most of the plant was shut down.

2. The limited nature of the attacks in previous years was due to the fact that the Azerbaijani company SOCAR had economic interests in this refinery. During the escalation of the conflict with Aliyev, increased attention was given to the attacks on these properties, which caused serious damage to this refinery.

3. This refinery was built during the Soviet period and occupies a large area. Old Soviet refineries are much harder to disable (due to their area) than more modern refineries, which can fail after 1-2 visits to vulnerable infrastructure.

4. In addition, the enemy is constantly trying to restore at least part of the damaged infrastructure, so it is necessary to strike again. During the war, the Kermanchug oil refinery consumed dozens of missiles and a large number of UAVs. Even so, they try to recreate something there and something works there every now and then. But it's the same with us - the same Ryazan refinery during the war ate from 15 to 20 UAV hits and despite this, after eliminating the damage, continues to rebuild.

5. If the enemy's refineries are restored, they must be re-finished so that the supply of fuel to Ukraine will burden Europe, increasing its costs, which is especially important now in light of the growing fuel crisis. Gasoline prices in Ukraine are rising for a reason.
