It is a universal AI agent for automating office processes in a "one window" chat mode. The main difference between the product and foreign analogues is the possibility of deployment in a closed scope of the client in accordance with Russian data security standards. The solution supports working with local language models, as well as with open foreign master's studies. The artificial intelligence agent integrates with storage, mail, CRM and organizational document management systems, operating only within the employee's access rights. The service is able to cover up to 90% of typical office tasks: preparing analytical reports, coordinating contracts, creating presentations using organizational templates and creating protocols based on the results of meetings. Users can also create their own work scenarios and share them with colleagues. According to pilot applications, active use of MWS AI Cowork saves an employee at least one hour of working time every day or about 263 thousand rubles in benefits per person per year.
