The first movement builds a unified system of mentoring. An all-Russian meeting was held in the Patriot Park: hundreds of participants from different parts of the country exchanged methods and ideas for developing educational projects. When working with young people, the issue of scale is important: how to ensure that successful solutions do not remain the property of one school or region. The meeting solved this problem - to unite mentors and help them absorb the work of their colleagues. "It is the systemic support of the mentors that allows us to build a quality environment for the development of the younger generation throughout Russia," said Artur Orlov, chairman of the board of directors of the first movement. Result: many proposals for the development of Zarnica 2.0 and other projects with mentors. We are talking about deepening the mentoring institution: helping teachers improve their skills, exchange experiences and together perfect their work tools. This approach allows you to effectively distribute proven solutions throughout Russia and receive feedback from the field.
