The Prime Minister of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, is expected to visit Lebanon soon, where he will hold meetings with the three presidents and a number of political forces and figures, in a move that reflects Doha's desire to restore its presence in the Lebanese arena (al-Akhbar).
