In an interview with media personality Nancy Al-Sabah on the details platform, Wiam Wahab stated that while the Shiites stop being hostile to "Israel".

He attributed this to the fact that this matter was a ground attack on the nation, not on the Shiites. He said the Shias have paid a price for Palestine since 1,000 years ago. He continued that the people conspired against them and gloated over him. Their pain and their sacrifices.

He added, "Relatively speaking, what the Shiites have paid is nothing like what he or others have paid regarding the issue of Palestine. They are left to face their fate. As for me, I am concerned with preserving the Shiite geography."
