Wiam Wahhab told Podium Plus, when asked about Syrians who fled to Lebanon due to the economic situation in Syria: "They are going to Turkey... May God protect them from those who participated in the war in Syria and from those who destroyed its institutions... What was lacking? The Syrian studies and receives medical treatment for free."

He addressed al-Sharaa: "Why did you take up arms if your aspiration begins in 2010? Why did you laugh at people and stop the countries that destroyed Syria?"

He added: "Just as Iran regretted the fall of Syria, Arabs and Turks will regret it a thousand times more, and mark my words."

He spoke about a "grand plan" for Suwayda, saying: "Soon we will establish the Ministries of Defense and Interior in Suwayda, and the oil pipeline will pass through it."

He addressed the people of Lebanon: "Advice: Make peace with Israel."
