The Agada developer was the first in the market to confirm the compliance of a housing construction loan with the requirements of green and social financing. The verification was carried out by expert R. A., the loan was granted by VTB. The funds will be used for the construction of residential complexes "Aggada Lyd Hayam" and "Novaya Zemlya" with energy efficiency class A+, as well as a school for 1,650 places and a kindergarten for 140 places, as part of these residential complexes. The projects include energy saving technologies, automatic control of engineering systems and development of social infrastructure.
