Access to Protected DNS services is massively blocked in Russia - failures recorded in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other large cities, NextDNS reported. The limitations are DNS over HTTPS and DNS over TLS, which encrypts DNS requests and hides information about visiting sites from providers. @bezposhady.
