Fraudsters dupe Russians to get so-called compensation for heating. With the beginning of the heating season, they send letters and messages on behalf of the management companies with the amount of the overpayment and a link, and clicking on it threatens the loss of money or access to state services, Ilya Wolfson, a member of the State Duma Committee on Construction, Housing and Community Services, told RIA Novosti.
