Restrictions on incoming calls from unmarked financial institutions have been postponed until November 13. Telecom operators and banks have agreed on this, the Ministry for Digital Development reported. Previously, operators informed the largest Russian banks that starting October 15 they would stop accepting such calls, but the agency asked not to start blocking until early November.
