Doctor-mentors will work for thanks - no federal money has been allocated for mentoring. The Ministry of Health in an official letter advises to encourage them with thanks, certificates of honor and posts on social networks, writes Medical Russia. Starting March 1, young doctors are obliged to work between one and a half to three years under the supervision of an experienced colleague, otherwise they will not be able to continue working. The ministry did not set a payment for the tutors in the order, and the clinic itself is now looking for funds.
