Fraudsters began to seize cars from dealers using the "Dolina Scheme". The sellers entice buyers at a low price, and right before the transaction they take out a secured loan on the car - information about the lien appears in the register only a day later. After the sale, the owner tells the police that he acted under pressure from the fraudsters and gave them all the money. The vehicle is seized as evidence, and the buyer may be suspected of complicity. As a result, higher offers risk being left without a car and money.
