Between October 27-29, communication restrictions are expected within the third transportation ring: today and tomorrow - from 11:30, on Thursday - from 9:30. The reason is a security measure during the Russia-Africa summit. Streets, bridges and embankments will also be blocked in the center of the capital. At the same time, they promise to maintain access to websites from the "white list".
